Guest guest
Cecile, sister, this is Anya - I'm a mod here so I check this group frequently, and I am just gearing into healing mode quickly after reading about this accident! I won't use any words that will remind you of the accident - I think that only positive words and vibes are needed here to point you towards total healing :-) To be confident about going outside, think and share what aromatics make you feel empowered - not calmed, not sexy, not energized - but empowered. For some it would be sharp green notes, others more ambery notes - it's all very individual. If you don't have the particular aromatic, or are low on it, let me know, I'll send you some if I have it. Make it into an inhaler, maybe just some on a piece of cotton in a tiny jar or pot to take with you when you go out. For calming - same question - what do *you* regard as a calming aroma? The calming aromas will help with stress, of course, and a mister of a hydrosol with neroli would help tremendously. I have no experience with helping with vision problems. Write me with your address and I'll send you a few bottles of my pain relief oil that truly helps traumatized nerve endings. Guest guest
Hi Cecile! & nbsp;I'm sorry to hear about your accident,I imagine it was pretty scary for you. i wholeheartedly understand what a bad mishap like that can do to your mind. I had a situation.a few summers back when i was cruising down the street at a pretty good rate of speed on my bicycle when all a sudden I was sailing over my handle bars! Needless to say,i was pretty banged up and the whole situation scared me so bad that i refused to get back on that bike. Actually, looking at it made me want to yack! My point is,i finally just had to get back up on it and ride(months later of course)and not let my fear get the better of me.I totally love to ride.I have a bigger and better bike now;) Accidents happen and unfortunately they suck.Thats life and you must go on and not let the fear get the better of you.just keep a closer eye on those maniacs at crosswalks!! I wish i had more to offer then just words but other then my lavender, ahhh,i have no other suggestions. There are alot of wise and knowledgeable folks on this list so I'm hoping they will have lots to recommend I'm wishing you well with healing energy for a speedy recovery!!
