Guest guest
Hi there: The best base oil to use internally & externally would be Primrose oil. It is the best and mentioned over and over again from those in the know. Won't give you my recipe, but will tell you the base and let you do a bit of research on which eo's to go with it. Normally, I mix Mango butter, Shea butter, EVCOil, & even cocoa butter with the Primrose as a base. Psoriasis, etc., is internal as well as an external problem and needs to be looked at from food intake, stress intake, etc. Rivkah: My guess is this is activated by something you eat at this time of year, or are exposed to, and/or stress. Best of luck with finding what works for you, hubby suffers from it and I know how much a problem it can be. A most fragrant evening to ya, deb
Guest guest
Re: primrose. I've never tried primrose, but I'm sure that it works as well. I use emu because well that's the one thing that I've been able to get to calm down those patches. Sometimes those pink areas are hyperinflamed, but if they are new skin " You go girl. " I have a friend who during the worst time in his life broke out all over his face. It was awful. I told him that I was glad I could hide mine. His whole face was red and patchy with crusty scales. Primrose is a soother, so I guess I can add that to my emu oil lotion and see how it works. I also send my friend a bottle of lotion every year or so. Jennifer. Btw thanks Deb for sharing. > -
