Guest guest
First of all, and I apologize if this sounds too personal, but if you still have periods, are they heavy? What are your blood iron levels? Have you had your blood iron levels checked? Yellow Dock, and Floravit, are recommended therapies for anemia in a natural book about breast health. I do not have dosages for you though, and it wouldn't be a good idea to recommend it even if i did. I hope this at least can get you started. I went to a naturalpathic the other day because I'm tired of doctors telling me I may always be tired and never get over it and I know I can get my energy back. Any tips would be appreciated. I'm 48, female. Char
Guest guest
A couple weeks ago I had my ferritin checked and it was at about 24 and has been as low as 17 or lower. Normal is 29 - over 300. The naturalpathic gave me Asparatate, Drenaplus, cal-mag, omega III. He also gave me Lysine and prima dophilis for herpes type 2. So far, I've only gotten the Asparatate and drenaplus.
