Guest guest
Hi, I'm fairly new here. Im trying to study herbs and oils for aromatherapy and theraputic purposes of mind body and spirit. Well I'm suffering high anxiety right now and I cant lose weight due to my depression and anxiety. Now I'm still fairly new to studying herbal remedies and oils because there's an abundance to learn. Anyway, I'm looking for natural remedies to help my anxiety because it's hitting a point where it's starting to make my life worse. I can't afford even a general doctor so I have to rely on myself. I just bought a bottle of Relora that is said to help stress and anxiety. I wanted to know if anyone here has some in depth knowledge about these herbs? The caplets contain: Magnolia officinalis and Phellodendron amurense Will this combination of ingredients improve my anxiety? Thanks so much. Also, I am open to try any natural remedies you may advise. Thanks. ~jazz

Guest guest
Hi Jazz, I can't tell you much about the herbs in the Relora product, but I use it too. It really makes a difference. And I agree with Karen, I take B complex and extra magnesium along with other herbs and supplements. I started taking it after I lost both my parents (they died of natural causes due to old age). I was very close to them and it was hard to lose them both 15 months apart. Back to the Relora - I can really tell the difference in my 'inner self' when I miss a day or two of taking the Relora. It really helped to settle my nervous inside jittery feelings. Besides using essential oils to help balance the rest. Just thought I'd put in another testimonial for the product as it really does help calm me down. I usually only take one capsule at breakfast. Magnesium I take at bedtime, the B complex in the mornings. Essential oils - all day. Sorry, I couldn't tell you more about the herbs, just that Relora does make me feel a whole lot better. Guest guest
Thank you for verifying Penny. Can I ask if any of you are on birth control pills while taking it? I only ask because I can't afford a general doctor (and I've been to the free clinic, I won't be going back). Anyway, I started taking SlimQuick and where it's supposed to help balance hormones and help with stress I found it only made me much more anxious. I stopped taking them 2 days ago after taking 1 pill daily since June 29. I wonder if it's having a bad interaction with my birth control pills. I just hope the slimquick isn't effecting my birth control. WALMART!!!!!!! I wish I knew that, I looked online and couldn't find it I even called GNC and figured if they didn't have it it's likely others won't. Oh, well. I bought it from iHerb.com but I haven't received it yet. I might sneak to walmart tomorrow then because I'd like to start it immediately. Thanks so much friends. ~jazz , Jenn Lo <ladyhawke2900 wrote: > > Walmart carries it :-) > > > Jenn > we are all related > live~laugh~love > > --- On Thu, 7/24/08, Suzie Hubbell <suzqhub wrote: > > Suzie Hubbell <suzqhub > Re: Re: Relora > > Thursday, July 24, 2008, 6:41 PM Penny, > Where do you purchase the Relora? > Suzie > > > Penny <pennyK@birchhillhap penings.com> > > Thursday, July 24, 2008 10:48:23 AM > [oils_herbs_ etc] Re: Relora > > Hi Jazz, > I can't tell you much about the herbs in the Relora product, but I > use it too. > It really makes a difference.
