Guest guest
genevive, you most likely have grubs in your lawn. the most humane method is to get a bag of spores, they are totally harmless to everything/one except grubs and spread on the lawn. >without the food source , they will leave. Remember, baby skunks cannot spray and the adults will warn you by stomping their front feet first. I do wildlife rehab and skunks are one of my absolute favorite. I had the pleasure of helping a a car accident victim and had her for about 3 months, she never sprayed me once. Also, if you are leaving pet food outside, bring it in. they are probably attracted to that. cin
Guest guest
Wow, I didn't know that baby skunks didn't spray. I recently was outside at night and shone my flashlight down and there was a baby skunk next to me. I was just walking slowly. I screamed and ran, my heart was racing and I was shaking because the last thing I didn't want or need was sprayed. LOL I didn't stay around long enough to see if the mother was nearby. I went into the house and haven't gone back out at dark yet.
