Guest guest
my name is Sue and I live in Wisconsin. I work from home as a medical coder. I'm 65 but have no plans on retiring because I really love my job. I have 3 daughters and one grandson. I've been interested in aromatherapy and herbal medicine for many years now. I enjoy trying new blends - but I haven't mixed any of my own yet. I use arnica patches and arnica cream when the joint pain - right wrist, left shoulder - get too bad. Any suggestions in that area will be extremely welcome. I have many diffusers but after much thought I purchased a nebulizer. It should be here next Thursday. I'm excited about that. thanks to everyone on the list. I know my knowledge will grow, and I'm hoping I can contribute once in a while too. Guest guest
Welcome aboard! I haven't been here for too long, but I already enjoy this group immensely! What type of nebulizers and diffusers do you own? I have yet to get one, and any advice on them would be greatly appreciated. By the way, anyone know if Sweet Orange is a good oil to use in a room spray, and how long would it's shelf life be? (I am skeptical, because I know the citrus oils go " bad " easily.) As for the joint pain, Sweet Marjoram works very well for me. I use it at 8% dilution. Let me know if it works! Guest guest
I've been using FanFuser at night. It's on the quiet side - just enought noise to let you know it's there. I prefer the electric diffusers because sometimes I tend to forget they are on. It gets expensive having to buy batteries all the time. I will give the Sweet Marjoram a try - thanks, Lori Sue Fulmer in Wisconsin , " Lori VanScoter " <lvanscoter wrote: > > Welcome aboard! As a geek I am in love with Geocaching, and at the same time have a passion for a good amount of specific essential oils - specifically the chemical compounds, regional specific and also rare chemotypes contained within them, the biological reaction from them, and the integration of General Western medicine in conjunction.. woofta! I hope to get to know all of you, and I will try to chime in when I might have a suggestion or idea, or too just jabber!
