Guest guest
what do you recommend for an emulsifier? Would jojoba oil be an emulsifier? Lori V. To make the Bedtime Spray mix of the following essential oils in a 8 8 ounce bottle of distilled water. 12 drops Roman Chamomile 12 drops Lavender and 8 drops Orange 30 drops of Emulsifier You need to mix your essential oils with the emulsifier BEFORE adding them to the water. (There are many different types of emulsifier - it helps mix the essential oils with the water - to keep it from separating out and floating to the top of the bottle). Mix, shake well and spritz on the pillow and in the air in the room. This mixture is good where " monsters' hide too! : & #8722;) Mix the Essential oils with the emulsifier, blend well then add to the distilled water, shake well before spraying! We have a couple more easy to make recipes for " Monster shooing " too! Guest guest
How about some frankincense. It seems to have a reputation for calming and soothing.
