nope...because, once again, oil and water don't mix...the eo's would blend

into the jojoba, but still not dissolve in the water.

 

We use either high proof alcohol (everclear if you can get it) or

Polysorbate 20... add the eo's to perhaps two parts polysorbate, then

gradually add the distilled water.
