Christie, years ago I had lymphoedema...which caused chronic ulcers...the

skin on my ankles broke down from the swelling... All of my 'herbie'

friends sent their various healing salves... nada.. I tried various eo

combinations...nada... I tried neat lavender...which is why I am

sensitized to lavender. (but everyone SAYS you can use lavender neat,

right? yeah, right!)

At any rate, for the ulcers, Martin Watt suggested using German Chamomile

eo in a base of Fractionated Coconut. Tried that... nada... then I had

a 'lightbulb moment'... and tried the German chamomile CO2 diluted in

Frac. coconut. I could see a visible difference within 48 hours, and the

ulcers were totally healed within a week.

so... for the sores... that is what I would try.

For the swelling that causes the ulceration... I'm assuming you've tried

lymphatic drainage? (I'm thinking the Vodder method that is used for

lymphoedema...that's what finally solved MY problem, long term!)... but

also thinking that Cistus oil (cistus ladanifer) moves fluid... I would

try diluted cistus as part of the massage treatment.
