Guest guest
Howdy Rachel .. other good folks ... > That's ok, YL is only for those who don't know better and can't come up > with an original idea or brand on their own. > And for those who know little to nothing about EO or AT but are easily swayed by claims and promises made by a charismatic empty shirt. One can not be a con artist if they are not a charismatic. > The FDA is probably watching over their cult but will usually come down > on them when they least expect it. > Both the FDA and the FTC have been down on them already .. and he has had one clinic closed in the U.S.A. YL is smart .. their distributors are " independent " agents .. not YL employees. YL can (for the record) tell them to walk the straight and narrow path .. while at their tightly controlled pep rallies they allow other folks who are also not YL employees to tell them to go forth and spread the miraculous word of the fantistic healing powers of YL oils. If someone gets dumped on it will be the " independent " agent .. the company will disavow all knowledge of their incorrect acfions. > Or when his annual revenues approach a nice number, you bet the FDA and > the higher ups will want their piece of the pie. Gary Young has been duly > noted on Quackwatch for his " rain drop therapy, " practice which is based on > absolutely nothing, no science to back it up. > FDA is not really looking for a piece of the pie. They do little about YL until they have to .. this has been proven over and over. Certain folks have tried to get state and federal folks after YL .. its not easy because there are lots of stinking fish out there and they can't all be cleaned up due to a certain amount of liberalism in lots of laws. The Gummit has not been able to control the Pharmaceutical companies and that too is a difficult task because they do the research for the FDA .. they are the ones that spend the millions over many years to try to get approval of a drug .. FDA depends on their research because they have no capability or budget to do it themselves. We have not heard demands for windfall profit taxes on Pharmaceutical companies .. their profits make Oil company profits look like Chump Change. I am not knowledgeable enough of that financial area to comment .. not sure what the profit margin is for the average Pharm company but many years ago I had a cost vs sale price of many drugs .. some were in the 5,000% profit range. For example, is $10 billion profit too much? Not if one spent 100 billion to do business. As for doing business in Ecuador .. obviously YL is not going to produce many oils there .. bringing in raw materials for distillation is not profitable and there is no great source of aromatics there .. check the stats on the country and you'll see that they are in pretty bad shape .. pollution is the least of their problems https://www.cia.gov/library/publications/the-world-factbook/geos/ec.html Why Gary Young is there will become more clear in time. > By the way, the proof is in the pudding, YL oils are some of the worst > oils that I have ever encountered in the market. Not to mention the > astronomical price tag attached as well. > True on the price being out of sight .. this is a norm for Multi Level Marketing companies. YL oils can't all be bad because they generally use the same sources as does the rest of the world. Of course, there has been incidences where certain oils they sold were proven to be something else .. and certain Origins they claimed were incorrect as there were no products of that type from that origin. It should be obvious to anyone that when a company lies about some things they should be wary about anything else they claim. How often does one need to lie before they are considered to be dishonest? > Be well, > > Rachel Markel > www.eoilco.com > http:ingredientmanager.eoilcolab.com > www.GreenTerpene.com <http://www.greenterpene.com/> > And y'all .. and keep smiling. :-) Butch .. http://www.AV-AT.com <http://www.av-at.com/> > > I got a heads up from a very upset woman in Ecuador who was working > > > at this clinic.
