Guest guest
Hi Genevive, I have terrible allergies due to the type of trees that the city plants here. I take stinging nettle capsules for my allergies. I've found that it works nearly all of the time, except perhaps when the trees are blooming! Lisa I'm a lurker with a question.. I'm trying to get off my zyrtec allergy medication. So I'm looking for other ways to get relief from my severe allergies. I've been drinking ACV raw 3 times a day to help with detoxing. I started to take my zyrtec d once a day instead of twice a day. I'm taking a multivitamin, vit. c, chelated magnesium, and quercetin to help. I feel like the zyrtec d doesn't even help anymore. I've been taking it for about 8yrs now. So my question...I thought I read in a aromatherapy book that you can put EO on your pillow at night to help with sleeping and other things. Is there anything that I can put on my pillow to help with the night time mucous that fills my nose and clogs my ear tubes? Thanks, Genevive
