Hold it.

While I detest the dishonesty of Gary Young

and agree that there is a ridiculous amount of

hype going around MLM, I really do support

the industry as a whole. It is a lot older than

YL, dating back to Amway.

Sturgeon's Law* applies, due diligence is

required.

Is it easy to earn a living with? Heck no.

Is it possible? If you work at it, yes.

Just this summer I met not one, but 3 people,

all quite different, who are earning a good

living in various companies, and they had all

started not that long ago.

I mainly manage to keep myself in high-end

supplements, but at least this way I can afford

them.

As a customer I have bought some excellent

products from MLM companies that I have

no financial interest in.

It gives me a warm fuzzy to know that the

profit goes to a bunch of individuals, rather

than to the usual chain of middlemen and

advertisers.

What is the percentage of profit a regular

company spends on advertising? Who do you

think pays for it?

There are generous money-back guarantees

in MLM that I have seen in action with no

hassle.

As a distributor I have always been admonished

to NOT make claims, educate myself, and be

extremely careful in what I say.

You all know there are people dealing in E.O.s

that are less than honest. It is the same with any

human endeavor. Some good, some bad.

Please don't generalize on the basis of the bad.

*Sturgeon's Law:

Theodore Sturgeon was a science fiction

writer of the great wave of the fifties.

Someone said to him: " Ninety percent of SF

is cr#p. " Said Theodore:

" Sir. Ninety percent of ANYTHING is cr#p. "
