Internal Cleanse

I have purchased Bentonite clay for an internal cleanse, but it sits in my

cupboard. I am afraid of a cleansing crisis!!! (Never really cleansed...) I

am also afraid of a parasite cleanse. Does anyone have info on what happens???

I have a definite worm phobia. Blahhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!! I am cringing!!!!!!!

As far as I know, Bentonite is very gentle. Picture a soft broom going

through your intestinal tract and

gently picking up any debris on the way.

Why don't you make a mask with it first, so you can see and feel what it

does on the outside first?

 

The nice thing about bulk cleansing products (as opposed to a capsule) is that

YOU determine how fast you go.

Start with tiny amounts, drink lots, and slowly work up.

I'm not really sold on the " internal cleanse " concept, but you could try

activated charcoal. This is what they use in ER's if they think someone has

swallowed poison. The charcoal adsorbs the toxins and then they pass right out

of you. You can buy it in capsule form. You don't want to take charcoal all the

time because it will also adsorb nutrients from the food you eat.

 

Regarding the parasite cleanse, what makes you think you have a parasite? Was a

stool sample done or something?
