Susan,

I used to sell these also. I added a few tips when selling these.

 

Store in freezer, use as cold compress. Keeps contents fresher

 

Spritz pillow with a fine mist of water for a steamy more intense session.

As long as the customer knows that too much water will cause the flax seeds

to sprout or the rice to get gooey.

Tina,

A LIGHT mist, not a heavy dosing with a Windex type sprayer is quite nice

and keeps the dried herbs being over dried and combustible.

I assure you that I have done this for years. The mist is dried in the

microwave.
