Guest guest
Thank you! I usually have severe hayfever in late August that last until frost, (late September.) This includes itchy eyes and throat, and severe nasal congestion. For some reason, for the first time in over 20 years, I do not seem to have them!!!! I have noticed an occasional sneeze, or need to itch an eye, but my nose is able to breathe at night, without any problems. I have just within the past year begun to seriously change my diet. Yes, I need to exercise more, and lose a few pounds, but I have tackled the diet part. I have mostly eliminated HFCS, artificial preservatives, sweeteners, Hydrogenated oils, colors, and nitrates; and also all of the harsh things for your skin and cleaning products, too. I am buying alot more organic, including meat which I will start to get from a menonite farmer within the next few weeks. I am thinking that these changes may have helped me, and I am pretty excited about it. I would like to try and talk my husband into the stinging nettle, he has a bit of symptoms still. Thanks so much! Lori - Lisa M. Nicholson I take 2 capsules in the morning. On really bad days, I might take another in the afternoon/evening. There are 870 mg per two capsules.
