Good for you .. drinking a tad of Oregano Hydrosol daily is a norm in Turkey

... even many medical doctors do this. It is sold bottled in the juice

section of most supermarkets.

My opinion is .. she should NOT start taking anything NEW every day. Unless

she stays home all the time she will surely come into contact with someone

who is sick .. likely it will be in a doctor's office. But that is not all

bad.

I have some ideas on this but no credible references to support use of EO at

this point .. so I'll pass and probably others will reply. ;-)
