watch that coffee and cokes too! I lost ten lbs and i only drink one a day...but

the coffee, and this makes not difference btw.....is acidic. Even the caffeine

free. So mull that over. I do love my coffee but it doesn't do much for my

joints!

 

I just stay away from white foods and sugar and drop it. I am diabetic and dance

with the devil to indulge but once I stopped just one coke a day, I lost weight!

Just ONE.
