Guest guest
Thanks! I appreciate all of the support from everyone. Hi Lori > > I don't mean to cast aspersions on the people selling those remedies, but I > am really skeptical of the claim that we are all going around with parasites > in our gut. If you have a parasite, it should show up on a stool sample. > Then, by all means, treat it. But rule #1 for me is : Don't treat what 'ya > ain't got. > > Best of health to 'ya! > > Patty > I'm gonna agree with most of what you said .. but I will not hesitate to cast aspersions on the fear mongers who peddle products designed to cure non problems in order to make a profit. I won't agree that any and all parasites will show up in a stool sample .. it might take a blood test to identify many of them. And as for not treating what you ain't got .. I'll take it a bit further and say don't treat all that you might have unless it is causing harm. Sometimes the cure is worse than the perceived illness. Odds are fair that we all will have some form of parasite from time to time .. even viruses are parasites. But the Body Cleanse treatments are often peddled by another form of parasite .. a greedy one. Parasites are a reality ... however .... http://www.geocities.com/healthbase/parasites_exist.html His Parasite Theory Stirs a Revolution http://www.boston.com/news/science/articles/2007/12/31/his_parasite_theory_stirs\ _a_revolution/ Then we have the Gummit takes on this. http://www.fsis.usda.gov/factsheets/parasites_and_foodborne_illness/index.asp http://www.cdc.gov/ncidod/dpd/parasites/baylisascaris/factsht_baylisascaris.htm On Google alone if you type in " Do All Humans Have Parasites " you come up with 538,000 entries ... those discussing Body Cleanse are sellers of products .. I have not found a single credible link that suggests it is necessary .. and having heard this story for almost 14 years I still don't believe it is necessary. Y'all keep smiling. :-) Butch ... http://www.AV-AT.com <http://www.av-at.com/> > > > Hi, patty, and thanks for responding! > > I do not think that I have one; but from many articles and such, I see > several recommendations for a parasite cleanse- " that everyone has them...
