Guest guest
Angie, Great question! I'm verrry interested in the answer(s) to this question too, since I'm a fat female who's over fifty and I need to lose weight myself. It ain't a pretty picture when I look in a mirror these days. lol (I don't have your " good excuse " for gaining the weight either, I just enjoy food too much and I don't get enough exercise. Gotta change that - and SOON!) If I recall correctly, it seems like I read something that said that a lot of the " food " types of EO's (such as citrus, spices, mints, vanilla absolute, etc.) were helpful for weight loss because they satisfy one by simply smelling their scents, instead of actually eating food. Been a long time since I read that article so I need to do some more research on the topic. Thanks for asking the question. I needed this reminder. I'll also be watching this thread closely to see what others have to say about it. If I find info on it I'll post it here. Take care, Linda Ludwick (in very rainy MI) " Ratzlaff " <ratzlaff wrote: >I would like to know if any one knows any herbs or oils that help with wt loss. Guest guest
You should do a cleanse. I read somewhere (can't remember where) that when you have sugar cravings that there is something going on in your gut and that doing a cleanse will help. Go to your local health store and ask someone there who knows about cleansing. I heard that it also helps with weight loss. Check into it.
