Herbs and more for losing weight

Hi All

 

I am quite happy to give some information here.Everyone should do

research as to what is right for them and check with a Dr as to not

cause a problem instead of helping.We all know not everyone can use

every herb etc..

 

As for the question what oils and herbs could help with dieting.

I have been looking into this(need all the help I can get)and there is

quite a bit out there that is said to help with losing weight.I jotted

down some notes on some of the herbs etc but do a google on them and

check out all the details yourself if interested.It seems some of the

very expensive store dieting pills are actually just one or a blend of

these herbs etc I mention.

 

First rule is to drink lots and lots of water!

 

Lemon juice every morning and evening

 

Chickweed: attaches itself to fat and removes the fat from cells

 

Green Tea: Full of antioxidants. People who take green tea were found

to lose 2 to 3 more weight than those who didnt drink it. It suppress'

appetite.

 

Piper Nigrum Black Pepper)30-60 min before meal: Thermogenic herb that

enhances thermogenesis of fat molecules and accelerates energy

metabolism in body. It especially traps and enhances thethermogeesis

of saturated fats which are most difficult to be cleansed by physical

activity. It also affects local anesthetic effect in stomache to

supress excess appetite.

 

Nettle: helps your body cleanse and detoxify.Dieting body needs to

eliminate.Contains serotonins and has calming influence

 

Cayenne: Reduces body fat and strengthens heart Capsaicin:Reduces fat

intake

 

Kelp: Stimulant for thyroid,can remove harmful toxins/chemicals

 

Apple Cider Vinegar:Lowers sugar levels and bad cholesterol. Helps

body detoxify. Helps you feel satisfied after eating.

 

Mulberry Extract

 

Hawthorn: Increases circulation

 

Hoodia (Garcinia Cambogia):(Hydroxycitric Acid-HCA) Natural substance

in inhibiting lipogenesis, lowers production of cholesterol and fatty

acids increases production of glycogen in the liver,suppresses

appetite increases bodys production of heat by activating the process

of thermogenesis and encourages weight loss

 

Ginko Biloba

 

 

Flax seed

 

Pine Nuts(pinolenic acid) Curbs appetite (Includes Vit

B1,B2,B3,A,magn,zinc,iron,copper,iodine)Can help you to feel fuller

 

Aloe Vera Juice: improves digestion,allows food to break up more

effectively and thus pass through the body quicker

 

Fenugreek Seeds: Disolve fat in your liver,is a bulk laxative and

natural lubricant for intestines

 

Butchers Broom: It improves digestion and works best when taken with vit C

 

Astragalus: Gives you more energy and increases nutrient absorbtion

within the body

 

Other things that can help

 

Vit B comples: Boost energy levels

Chromium: To balance blood sugar levels

 

Linoleic Acid

 

Oleic Acid

 

Folic Acid

 

Chitosan: Binds to fat

 

Its a bit to chew on and certainly you dont need them all.I hope this

helps

note on chitosan, if you are allergic to shellfish or exoskeletons of certain

critters, dont take it.

it's supposed to work similar to zenical.......I haven't seen much on that

anymore but I have to do some continuing ed too so I'll see why you dont see

that filled.......it worked great but you best be in good running shape for a

few days taking it LOL....there is NO room for error when thinking of passing

gas with that product because before you know it SURPRISE!!!!!!!!! it ain't air

roflmao..............i'm sick aren't i?
