As for the question what oils and herbs could help with dieting. I have been looking into this(need all the help I can get)and there is quite a bit out there that is said to help with losing weight.I jotted down some notes on some of the herbs etc but do a google on them and check out all the details yourself if interested.It seems some of the very expensive store dieting pills are actually just one or a blend of these herbs etc I mention. First rule is to drink lots and lots of water! Lemon juice every morning and evening Chickweed: attaches itself to fat and removes the fat from cells Green Tea: Full of antioxidants. People who take green tea were found to lose 2 to 3 more weight than those who didnt drink it. It suppress' appetite. Piper Nigrum Black Pepper)30-60 min before meal: Thermogenic herb that enhances thermogenesis of fat molecules and accelerates energy metabolism in body. It especially traps and enhances thethermogeesis of saturated fats which are most difficult to be cleansed by physical activity. It also affects local anesthetic effect in stomache to supress excess appetite. Nettle: helps your body cleanse and detoxify.Dieting body needs to eliminate.Contains serotonins and has calming influence Cayenne: Reduces body fat and strengthens heart Capsaicin:Reduces fat intake Kelp: Stimulant for thyroid,can remove harmful toxins/chemicals Apple Cider Vinegar:Lowers sugar levels and bad cholesterol. Guest guest Posted September 14, 2008 Report Share Posted September 14, 2008 note on chitosan, if you are allergic to shellfish or exoskeletons of certain critters, dont take it. it's supposed to work similar to zenical.......I haven't seen much on that anymore but I have to do some continuing ed too so I'll see why you dont see that filled.......it worked great but you best be in good running shape for a few days taking it LOL....there is NO room for error when thinking of passing gas with that product because before you know it SURPRISE!!!!!!!!! it ain't air roflmao..............i'm sick aren't i? e Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
