Guest guest
Hi Angie, Don't have much time to write a post now, except to say .. go the web page for the group: http://health./ and scan the group archives using the query " plantar fasciitis " . We had a good discussion about plantar fasciitis and heel spurs pretty recently (I have personal experience with that one and posted some info. *Smile* Chris (list mom) http://www.alittleolfactory.com , " Ratzlaff " <ratzlaff wrote: > > Hello everyone I need your help again. > > I have been having a ton of pain in the heal of my left foot sometimes I can > hardly walk. Guest guest
There is some really good information on http://heelspurs.com What worked for me: a foot roller. It takes a while, but it works. If you have a lot of pain, ice can be helpful too. Take a pop bottle, fill with water, freeze, and use that as a foot roller. Push it out by rolling your foot over it and claw it back with your toes. If you have access to a Reflexologist, it can be quite helpful, but keep doing the DIY roller thing. Good luck, it feels awful! Ien in the Kootenays http://freegreenliving.com
