Help Needed for foot pain possible spur

Hello everyone I need your help again.

 

I have been having a ton of pain in the heal of my left foot sometimes I can

hardly walk. From what I have herd I think it is a spur.

 

Could someone please give me some advice as to what can be done. Maybe like

soaking it in some oils or something. Please help I can hardly keep up with

my little children.
