I know it's starting to get chilly in parts of the country and cold feet are

not fun. If you've got chilly toes, try sprinkling a little cayenne pepper

in your socks : )

Just to make sure.

Remember that cayenne is capiscum.  It is one of the things that is in

capsacin.    It too can be over used and cause sensitivities.

Just use your commonsense when using it.

Just like everything else.  Moderation can keep you from having too many

problems.

Yes, and one other good tip .. while cayenne may be good to put in

your socks for cold feet, its not such a good idea in the gloves for

cold hands ;)

How long does it stay " active " for?  In other words, if I was to go skiing (8

hours), I would need to reapply instead of using too much to begin with,

correct?

Thanks,
