Guest guest
Susan is a hoot and extremely knowledgeable. Another good source is Rosemary Gladstar www.sagemountain.com -- Best, Bobbi Guerra The Purple Sage ~ Bath & Body http://www.thepurplesage.com
Guest guest
Susun Weed's spirit has been visiting my garden. Though one does have to beware of the Coyote factor, or the weeds/wild foods/herbs gleefully take over. One reason I love Susun is her emphasis on nourishing, rather then cleansing. A well-nourished body will cleanse itself is her philosophy. Also: illness can be a part of life. Healing is not always fixing. So many natural healers are into what she calls the heroic mode. You must have done something wrong, eaten the wrong thing, not been " pure " enough, if you get sick. I have a ridiculous number of herbal books, but " Healing Wise " is one of my favorites. It feeds the soul. Ien in the Kootenays, shaking the gallon jar of Dandelion roots in ACV http://freegreenliving.com
