Try Snopes urban legends

From what I have read they are working on getting details on this.

I really do not believe that cinnamon and honey can do all that was send

in the post.

I do believe that there may be some benefits but not sure which ones.

Don't know about the combo of the two.....

 

Nor does Snopes for that matter.....

 

Do the google on cinnamon health benefits....You'll get about 500,000

hits, from many places, including the Boston Globe and USDA.....
