Guest guest
Do you really think it was the Bush administration doing this to us or maybe did we have a hand in it ourselves? We've all been conditioned to believe we should " share the wealth " so to speak~so we all want stuff we really couldn't afford and purchased with loans and such~ same thing with housing. Lots of people purchased houses beyond their means and now can't pay~ Imagine that~ If I purchased a 2 million $$ house, not only are the utilities and upkeep going to kill me, but the house payment alone will break ya, but seems like most people lived in and purchased houses 3-700,00 and above~ And if we are to SHARE what we work hard for so that others may have, then why am I not flying around in a private jet like the rock stars and politicians? Seems to me most of my friends are busy working real jobs to pay for all these other people to make enormous salaries in movies, speech's and tv sports games, only THEY don't want to SHARE their wealth ~ When was the last time you sat in a hotel and dined on Caviar and Lobster? Huh????? If some of these movie stars and athletes and yes politicians would pay their fair share, then I think most of us would all live pretty comfortably in the US~ I have enough to do just paying my own bills, I sure don't need to pay for others that drive fancy new cars and have lovely homes they couldn't pay for so now we have to bail out the banks and securities companies that were stupid enough to lend it to em~ As for administrations~ why doesn't Mr. Obama share his campaign wealth with the people~ I understand he has something in excess of 600 million~?????? Is that a correct figure~Can that be a correct figure? My goodness if so that's a lot of money~ I know he did raise 25 million in the first 3 months~ so maybe so~ But instead he's trying to spend it all~ WHY? Just my .02~ LoL Sindy I would like to buy a little bit of the peppermint where do I order it. I am listening to the situation with the mint farm. It sounds like all they need is about $600,000 dollars, and that is a lot of money on one hand, on the other hand , from what I see here on this video, it is unbelievable that something like this could be lost forever. Has anyone noticed a lot of our precious country is being allowed to be sold off to Foreign interests, I just read one prime interest of theirs is energy. I think I read that Spain was buying a Highway in Pennsylvania and make it a toll rd. When we start having to travel on toll roads we will really see what the cost of the Bush administration has been. Other countries do not let people even own a scrap of their land, I think Mexico is that way. sharon
