Guest guest
Speaking of CO - I am reading the book - Eat Fat Lose Fat - and its VERY interesting - so thought I'd try it - it is a proponent (to make it short) of using CO for just about everything - as well as using about 1tb in hot water/tea about 20 mins before you eat - says it cuts your appetite, gives you energy...and is great for a host of other things. Well, I've been doing just that - not much else - for 3 wks .. I've lost 10lbs! And I do feel like it gives me a burst of energy - which I greatly need as I'm always tired. Now my question....I order from Columbus Foods - and they sell a Organic Extra Virgin CO for like 1/3 the cost of Tropical Traditions or other name brands....it tastes just like coconut, smells great and seems to be doing the trick. I was just wondering if any of you order from CF and if you have ever compared their CO to say Tropical Traditions? Any opinions? Guest guest
i was wondering if you could tell me more about this. i cannot honestly afford to buy the book. i got the coconut oil & have been taking 1T each morning in a cup of hot water. i was wondering if it needs to be taken w/empty stomach. i make a smoothie every day w/clay for cleansing & was wondering if i could put it in there. also are there any other supplements you are supposed to take w/it. i appreciate any other info you could give me on this , " Pam " <pam wrote: > > Speaking of CO - I am reading the book - Eat Fat Lose Fat - and its > VERY interesting - so thought I'd try it - it is a proponent (to make > it short) of using CO for just about everything - as well as using > about 1tb in hot water/tea about 20 mins before you eat - says it > cuts your appetite, gives you energy...and is great for a host of > other things.
