Guest guest
K, couple of questions.....I had ibs with the opposite of the trots and then once I had my gall bladder out the opposite.....the best thing is what the other poster said, eliminate some foods, dairy and gluten can be culprits tho I know a lady who drops to her knees with corn or cornbread.......I think her case is different but she doesn't want to 'go there' and runs a health food store. I do understand her fear. That said, digestive enzymes with meals, mini meals in place of large meals three times a day, and acidophilus every day. There are meds for the spasms if she has those, but after she weans certain foods, she may get it under control with diet alone. I've done it. I can eat whatever I want, doesn't mean I don't get the feeling like suddenly I've become the Michelin Man......Dairy, simple carbs, too much sugar wrong types of proteins were a problem for me. I have just learned how to get to the edge of my indulgence heh heh. I am a huge fan of enzymes, a great multi that is designed FOR people with specific issues and acidophilis. I also need to take a good B complex and since I basically can work at that store I just dont get em, I just recommend em LOL......its that 'plumbers syndrome' where his wife is naggin him to fix the drips and his customers get grade A service from him...LOL! And I didn't answer a question did I? Is she keeping a journal? If she will do that, enter what time she ate, what she ate , when the symptoms hit she may very well pin point some things. I am now back to my old self. I was told after gall bladder surgery my life would change ......nah......healed up and haired over and now its normal as usual. I just know when NOT to go to far. e
