Guest guest
With the first round of seasonal ailments running through my house recently, I began preparing echinacea and goldenseal tinctures this week. I blogged about it. http://alittleolfactory.blogspot.com/ Anyone else making any herbal tinctures in preparation for the wintertime (summer for the members on my international list who are down under)? *Smile* Chris http://www.alittleolfactory.com " I had therefore to remove knowledge, in order to make room for belief. Guest guest
I always make tinctures of echinacea, elderberry, and holy basil (just the last couple of years for the holy basil). We have been very lucky here, and almost never miss a day's work or play.
