Guest guest
My son has been plagued with recurring staph infections in the last year. Antibiotics clear it up but then it comes back. I am thinking he needs a blood cleanse? Or can anyone offer suggestions of cleanses and herbs or to use to combat this. His body can't take any more antibiotics! Putting Oil of Oregano on suspected eruptions clears them almost immediately but I am afraid that this is more suppression than healing. Guest guest
sandi, we can't prescribe, do some research and above all talk to your doctor and a good naturopath if you can find one. my youngest gets it. Her's are controlled by black soap and some oils I squish in that...but I can't cure her system....and I think this is a result of over use of antibiotics as well as over use of steroid treatments......find the vitamins that bolster his immune system. lots of good books, I think you can thumb thru 'prescription for nutritional healing'......we thought we were having spider bite issues.....nope. Skin Staph. Black soap I sell to nurses but they don't use that daily, its more like once or twice a week once they get that undercontrol.....more prophylactic I would assume. I think i might do a thieves or robbers blend in cleaners or a light bleach solution on what you can and just start from the ceiling to the floor, then the furniture and bedding.....I know my child will break out with 'nickle' and can't wear jeans that have facets that touch her skin....she does it anyway, gets a rash and then on to staph.....just a thought. evie
Guest guest
Oh, I didn't mean to be rude. I was afraid somebody might give you a 'protocol' and sometimes that happens. I'm sure you have studied. Good to know about the Oil of Oregano......You know, I don't recall any of this stuff as a kid....when my child got it, it's recurring...and that bothers me. First. I think 'was it antibactieral soaps aka triclosan and over use of antibiotics or is it the immunization shots? has the super germ simply 'stealthing' and invisable while it does its damage.......and if so, whats it gonna be like when it gets worse??? So why? And what bothers me is it is contagious. Some forms anyway. I don't even want to go anywhere......what about boosting his adrenals and then doing some fasts , the probitiotics definately continue.....I can't take zinc....but its good for immune system and I'm wondering about specific amino's.......this just didn't show up one day out of the blue. You know, I could see how some conspiracy theorists could easily be drawn in on somethings.....so one generation didn't have to deal with this. the next one is all over the map in the U.S and in our homes????? I want to know why. If we knew why, we could stop it. Thats the only thing I worry about with my daughter going overseas and back and being so global in general......what germs are coming into this country unchecked ? Its a head scratcher for me. The fact my daughter died from a rare syndrome and her baby as well because of what was thought to be a uti turned into ARDS......and when did THAT become a reality? An opportunistic bacteria found a tiny place to enter and shut down a persons entire system and we have mrsa that is rampant. My youngest went to er with an arm so swollen they had to lance it.....skin staph........why? Where did she get that? I just bought some stress tabs (high b) , echinacea is out if the immune system is compromised.....so what now? All I recall as a kid was 'dont play with boys they have cooties'.....its not so funny any more. I wasn't chastizing tho. I am very concerned. I have a grand baby, does that mean she might get skin staph from her mom? evie --- On Thu, 11/13/08, Blackkat <blackkat wrote: Blackkat <blackkat Re: Staph/MRSA Thursday, November 13, 2008, 10:53 PM Evie, Not asking anyone to prescribe - just was asking for suggestions, perhaps someone had something I haven't thought of yet. I've been researching this for well over a year now. He has been clear since moving from Florida to Tennessee...came up here in September after his last hospital stay. So our house is not infected and he is not infectious. I have him on a strict regime of vitamins, minerals, EFA's, good food, lots of rest and I have him sit under my Electro-Magnetic Light 2 times a day for staph. I have been putting Oil of Oregano on *suspicious* spots and it clears them immediately. He is on probiotics also. I have a herbal blood cleanse that I will use on him for the next 3 weeks before he leaves to teach overseas. Guest guest
hope you don't mind but i'm sure taking some notes here.....i sold herbs and used them but i didn't have to deal with this....my grandfather had a concoction he'd make and could heal up severe bed sores on diabetics and I know honey was in it. this scares me because if Amanda continue to have these outbreaks.....then she is so compromised if she gets pregnant again I'll worry the whole time.......bad enough i buried two...I wouldn't make it with another. Out of 4 children I have two. Out of two grand daughters I have one.....and some sort of bacteria they could not identify took the lives of my 24 year old and her baby who was born five days before we dc'd life support on my daughter.......i told that nurse my girl was in labor , she blew me off and they accidently found my grandbaby.......I saw that baby. She lived 8 hours and had they been ready, was healthy enough to make it, They just dont know how long she laid there. we do have a lawsuit. there were 4 clear cases of negligence but I feel that if anyone especially if an ob comes to ER with 104.6 and you run two bags of fluid and giver her a shot of a potent antibiotic and that fever is now quite broken....you admit them. Do and input and out put and if no output measures can be taken......and one of her friends said 'why wasnt their a fetal monitor on abby?...........how did I miss that????? If you guys go to 'mamasweet.com' on myspace, click on the name that says 'Aaron'....that song is about my daughter and we got to watch them record it......quite overwhelming and great guys, former roomies..... Two versions but this one you will hear my girl's name 'Kasey' and she did go to Paris France......they play rock, cross over and just their own stuff........ I wonder how many people died of ARDS and no body knew. e --- On Thu, 11/13/08, Kelli McCormack <kachinaherbs wrote: Kelli McCormack <kachinaherbs Re: Staph/MRSA Thursday, November 13, 2008, 6:33 PM Two of my nephews have had MRSA, one almost lost his arm, the other, though he could talk and was lucid, was in critical condition for 2 months. I didn't step in for quite a while and I do feel bad about that but the doctors weren't very accomodating to my point of view. When it became clear they weren't decisively winning the battle they gave me the go-ahead to boost their treatments with my ideas. While both were hospitalized I started them on pro-biotics I purchased at Whole Foods...the name escapes me now but it's in a white bottle with a yellow label and black writing...I started bringing in super concentrations of garlic and onion soups with herbs of oregano, rosemary and thyme in it. I made a liquid glycerin soap with lavender, ti tree, oregano, basil, rosemary and white thyme essential oils (some might say that's over kill but it smelled good and I was happy with it) and made sure they were bathed every single day. I made a mist to spray their room with so they would inhale that synergy all day and I made them drink 3 cups of cordyceps, reishi and shiitake tea with raw honey and royal jelly in it. I can't for certain say that anything I did helped but with a week and a half of executing my ideas one nephew was sent home and 3 days later the other was sent home. They were also still on the antibiotic IV's their doc's had ordered. The nephew who had the MRSA outbreaks on his arm had been struggling with it for 3 months before he wound up in the hospital. Neither nephew has had an episode since being released from the hospital in early Spring. I would add that had I thought of it I would have had them drinking the oregano hydrosol that Butch has. Good luck, I hope your son is well soon.
