it mentions that when you prepare a meal, before you eat it, bless it, it is

then more nutritious.

Made sense to me.

 

I dont make a product one if I am in a negative state of mind. I dont want

that going to someone else....and I bless it.

 

Power of the mind......I love to have theological discussions at the table and

can sit all nite pot after pot of coffee and its fun.

 

Oils have been sacred for years....so who knows?
