Guest guest
I mentioned the lists on my website because they have been reputable for many years. Here they are: http://www.rawlearning.com/ http://pets.rawfeeding/ http://www.rawdogranch.com/ http://www.njboxers.com/faqs.htm http://www.wolfcreekranch.net/ http://www.rawmeatybones.com/ It does help to have a little information to know how/what to feed your dog/cat on a raw diet, but basically, anything a wolf would eat in the wild. Some bones are not consumed, such as beef leg bones. Some they you might think otherwise ARE consumed, such as pork bones which are acutally relatively 'soft' bones. As for the deer bones, the Native Americans used DRIED or cooked bones and honed them. Canines eat bones in such a way as to CRUSH them - no sharp pieces. If a canines intestines are punctured by a bone, you can bet it was cooked, dried, or mechanically cut. Anyone wanting more info on this topic is welcome to contact me offlist. Also, notice the above in the list. Bonnie
