Guest guest
Thanks Kathleen - you always come up with some good answers to my questions. As for the book - it made me cringe reading it - if your skin gets hot, red or breaks out then that means " anger " is erupting from the inside. Some of the eo blends she recommends rubbing your body down with walnut or various other eo's. We are not talking lavender either - some have been clove, & some pretty powerful eo's that you don't want touching skin directly. Also, wants you submerge your whole body with your mouth & nose above the water & as much of your face etc submerged. Like I said, all I can think of was raindrop therapy in bath form. We have just retired to Oregon & I just wanted to share our experience this morning - we were getting ready to have a storm & on the dock there were about 10 blue herons (I think that is what they are - very large birds, long legs & long beaks) lined up on the dock railing. About 4 of them were on the ground by the dock just strutting their stuff. Very neat site.
