I woke up feeling like a nasty illness wants to settle in my lungs, so I'm

breaking out the big bad bug fighter - oregano oil - carvicrol type

Oh Chris, hope you don't have anything like the crud I've had. It's going

on 2.5 weeks & I think maybe there's some kind of sinus infection w/it? If

I bend over & stand up too quickly, it feels like a vice squeezing from the

inside out. I've been doing a drop or 2 per day of Butch's oregano oil, but

it was the vulgare type. I posted on this subject a couple of days ago b/c

I'm curious if the vulgare is going to be effective or if I need to get some

carvicrol? Get some rest & feel better soon!
