[sPAM] Question for those with a baby product line

....

 

 

.. and this pertains to anyone who makes anything for kids, soap,

toys, clothes, quilted blankets, etc ..

 

I was wondering if with these new CPSIA act rules taking effect in

February .. what are you planning on doing with your kids product line?

 

Will you scrap it, rename it and market it not towards kids, will you

pay the fees for compliance testing, ignore the rules and take your

chances flying under the radar, other ... ?

 

I'm really curious, cause it seems just what we don't need in this

economy is more people being impacted negatively in any way biz wise

or being run out of business because of legislation that was not

thought through.
