This past summer was the first hay fever season that I DID NOT have allergies!

I had a bit of sniffles, but no itchy eyes, or complete congestion like I had

for the past 25 years of my life during August/September. I believe it is

because of the supplements I was taking- in particular Quercetin. Just an

observation of mine! I was very excited when I realized that I did not have hay

fever for the first time in so long.

on the topic of allergies and asthma, rather than sinusitis Jeanne Rose

recommends the use of Blue Tansy (tanecetuum anuum, from Morocco) for

asthma attacks. We have had clients rave about it. One uses it in her

aromastone every morning, and has been able to reduce her usage of allergy

meds by half.

I've used it to battle hay fever... not sinus congestion, but the sort of

reaction that makes it not possible to walk across the room unless you are

carrying a box of kleenex. Search our site for the phrase 'blue tansy'

and you'll find different clients comments and experiences.
