Guest guest
Evie, The green clay brand I use is Arglitze. Not only do I use it on me I also ingest if I feel 'unbalanced', moody, or just depressed. There is a mineral imbalance when I am like that. Like many other things we eat there are minute proportions of 'heavy' metals. It is one of the more successful things I use when I need to get rid of anything below or on the skin. Add EOs and Macadamia Oil as well as pure water gives a wonderful cure for a number of things. A year or so back I had a frozen shoulder (imagine a remedial Massage Therapist with frozen shoulder!). Along with my Acupuncturist I used an analgesic & anti-inflammatory balm on top of which I slapped a poulitice made of green clay and covered with a light cloth. There was a major difference in being able to sleep and wake up pain-free. Love my clay! I'd be interested in this clay, if someone knows where to get some. Rachel in AZ
