Guest guest
I have a 7 month old poodle, Teddy. He really likes to lick my ankles after I apply lotion and/or any homemade aromatherapy product I might apply. Does anyone know a way of stopping this action short of locking him in the kennel every time I apply. I use very little when I apply as I am very stingy and apply just enough to barely cover the area in itchy area on my ankles. Kat
Guest guest
A squirt bottle comes to mind. A great training tool. Guest guest
I don't have any suggestions to solve your problem, but do know that dogs and sometime cats just love to lick off lotion containing essential oils. This is particularly troublesome to cats since they cannot metabolize the oils in their livers.
