Guest guest
I use an herbal therapy " shampoo and treatment " which says it is made from 95% extract of chamomile, yarrow and kesu flowers and then also contains aloe vera, potassium cocoate soap, disodium laurel..., diazolidynal urea, ibpc (all ingred from natural sources). I have read that disodium laurel... is bad for me and the planet, so how could I make my own concoction with just the extract, aloe and cocoate (or is that bad for you too)? This is not like most shampoo, it is liquid with just a touch of sudsing to it, my fine hair does well and doesn't fly away since I am not stripping it of every last bit of oil. What is the recipe/process for making an extract? Any thoughts on the cocoate? Any suggestions where I can get the ingredients? Thanks!
