Some people have said that dry brushing helps.

From my experience, dry brushing definitely helps smooth out skin texture

and stimulates circulation by getting the oomph back in the lymph :).

Shoulder stands (a yoga posture: an inversion) also helps me, although both

take lots of commitment and the yoga inversion should be taught properly and

safely by an experienced yoga instructor. I also make a aromatherapy oil

with such oils as juniper, rosemary, cypress, geranium, lemon, lavender and

grapefruit.

Massage is well known in helping with circulation. Good luck!

" Be kinder than necessary for everyone you meet is fighting some kind of

battle. "

It's my understanding cellulite is a pocket of fat under the skin, and I

don't know of anything that will take care of that.
