Guest guest
Hi Gina, These two animals are very different. Brewer's yeast is created in the brewing industry. It's nutty, and naturally full of great B vitamins. Many vegetarians, like me, find a way to work some in our daily diet. (When we remember.) Nutritional yeast may also have B vitamins - if it's supplemented. It's yellow and has a very distinct, nutty-but-cheesey taste. This is the one used as a cheese substitute in many products for vegans. And very good on popcorn. It's considered savory, and I've used it in " creamy " soup recipes that are actually dairy free. Hope that helps, Christina
