Hi Merinda

You are so fortunate to have such a quick recovery from the frozen shoulder.Good

on you for being so pro-active.

I am wondering what your Chiro did during your sessions. My Chiro always wants to

snap my neck and because of that I did not continue with him.

Acupuncture worked for me when I quit smoking. It really relaxed me.

It worked while I was seeing him, but in the end it was going " cold turkey " that

sealed the deal.I guess acupuncture points and Trigger points are almost the

same/very close. I do find the Trigger therapy intense, but I just know it is

getting the circulation going, and for me it is a good hurt.I tell him if it

gets too intense and he tapers off.

I also have a Far Infrared Sauna at home, which helps and I also use my own

Cream with the Arnica and MSM and many Essential Oils.

Have you heard of Curcumin? That is something I just started taking, awesome for

joint and muscle pain.Natural but as effective as cortisone. There are many other

benefits with it also.if anyone on the group has arthritis check it out on

google or what ever.

" Around the world " !!!!!!!!

" Wow " How long of a trip was that? Sounds like an unimaginable dream to me.
