Using EO in Foods

Lemon EO, of course... I would only use organic cold pressed citrus oils

for flavoring!

 

and depends on the recipe... I generally guestimate about 3 drops or so to

= " the juice of one lemon "

 

saves my fingernails and knuckles from the grater!

 

I ALWAYS use the appropriate citrus eo in place of grated rind.

I often add a drop or two of Bergamot to black tea, thus making earl

gray.. Does anyone have any suggestions as to the ratio I should be

using, or is this just a really bad idea?

What's a good brand of organic cold press citrus eo's?
