Guest guest
Anita, thank you for remembering what Memorial Day is for. I wasn't married to my husband during his tour over in Iraq, but may as well been because I worried about him like a mother hen does a her chicks. We got married the Fall after he returned home. He was awarded his disablity for an injuries he received while over there along with the PTSD from going through what all they go through while serving their country. Yes, yesterday was an important day to my family and those like us. I tried to make sure that each time I see one of our soldiers to say Thank you. It may not seem like a lot, but it means more to them than most people think.
