If I had carpal tunnel problems, I'd use an MSM lotion for a base. I'd also

be doing some serious stretching exercises 3-4 times a day (holding the hand

out palm up and stretching the fingers backward gently until the stretch can

be felt all the way up to the elbow, and held for 20-30 seconds).

Increasing my B6 intake has definitely worked for me and my joint/tendon pain.

Ditto on the MSM--I make it in lotion with emu and aloe.
