Guest guest
Charlene, This suggestion is not for a base, but do increase your B6. This has been shown to be of help. Sandi
Guest guest
If I had carpal tunnel problems, I'd use an MSM lotion for a base. I'd also be doing some serious stretching exercises 3-4 times a day (holding the hand out palm up and stretching the fingers backward gently until the stretch can be felt all the way up to the elbow, and held for 20-30 seconds). Guest guest
Increasing my B6 intake has definitely worked for me and my joint/tendon pain. Guest guest
Ditto on the MSM--I make it in lotion with emu and aloe.
