Guest guest Posted July 13, 2009 Report Share Posted July 13, 2009 There is one more thing I'd like to add, that is xylitol it helps with teeth and gums as well as sinuses and you can also buy it as a sugar substitute that diabetics can use. Toms of Maine has a tooth paste with Myrrh in it and there is a xylitol gum which helps plaque to not stick to teeth, you can find some of this information if you google xylitol. You can take tincture of myrrh and rub that on your gums or rinse your mouth with it, a few drops in a little water, the formula below sounds great as well.
