Guest guest
If the pup is sick from the bite more than likely its systemic. The vet is the one to treat internal . I almost lost my dog to tick fever, her nose was dry , she was not eating and you could feel a temp on her....... Secondly......I lost my 24 year old daughter and new born grand daughter to tick fever in 2007, Augs. Today would be the time she had already been admitted and sadly she had her baby under the covers so that child wasn't known about (i told them she was in labor) and then five days later we dc'd life support. If you have any inkling that tick fever is a possibility, its nothing to fool with. It can kill a person and an animal. I dont mean to scare but we never saw this coming...early detection is best. Guest guest
The pup dead of parvo pre the vet. This pup was in a litter of 10 an only the pup with the tick had parvo.????? This pup did not have any parvo symtoms. My friend is now burn stuff and bleaching the old play area. To be on the safe side. All her other dogs are fine I am very sorry for you lost.
