Guest guest
Hi all, I seem to have developed a ganglion cyst on my thumb. Does anyone here have experience with these? I've not found any useful information scouring the web. Guest guest
I had one on my wrist as a child brought on by an injury. It was quite painful. The doctor left it because of my age but said that if it remained after I was 16 then there was an option of surgery to remove it. I think it is usually brought on by some type of injury and there is fluid filled in the cyst. Some go away on there own while others may require the surgery. Mine went away on it's own thank goodness. But my wrist has never been quite as normal as the other one.
