Thank you ma'am for the kind words .. appreciated they are. In addition to

the two Chamomiles having differing therapeutic properties .. there is a

great difference in price .. so just remember that. ;-)

And I thank you ma'am. Since getting into this business in 1995, I have

tried to place myself in the position of those who were my customers and

believed that my duty and responsibility was to keep my customers happy ..

and keep my customers. I will continue with this M.O. right up to the day

I decide to get out of the business. When I am history I want to ensure

that I leave the good name I have earned to that date. Many good folks

have come back again and again year after year .. to include you Sandi ..

It was my pleasure and welcome you are. I screwed up by not seeing your

order till around noon that day .. and as I explained on the phone .. I did

not wake up till around 11:00 cause I had worked till 5:00 in the morning on

a project .. so the phone call was the only proper thing to do.
