Flu and Oregano

No comment on flu shots .. I don't have a firm opinion yet .. working on

one.

 

You ask if you should " take " the Oregano daily .. not sure what you mean but

it sounds like you are ingesting.

 

No need to TAKE it .. just sniff it .. everyone in my home sniffs it daily

... to include Alexander (3.5 years old) .. and we have so far (3 + years)

avoided colds and flu. I knock on wood.

 

If you must TAKE it .. then there is nothing wrong with a drop or three in

your favorite soup .. look at it as a condiment .. it tastes good and it

won't hurt you. ;-)

I keep a small bottle of Purell sanitizing hand cleaner in my car .A

small bottle to which I have added oregano EO.

I can sniff it, clean my hands with it.

Do it about every time I go to a place were there where more than two

people.
